Our foundation in our doctrine:
We believe that the bible is the only book inspired by God
Salvation is by grace, not by doing good deeds
Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, by the sacrifice he made on the cross of the calvary, through faith
There is only one God manifested in three people: Father God, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit, the only worthy of all glory and praise

The Pentecostal Missionary Christian Church of Guatemala "Chosen Remnant" was established in 1985 (consolidated in 1989) by Pastor Alvaro Garavito in the capital city, focusing on sound doctrine and the vertical message. Headquartered in the Cipresales neighborhood, Zone 6, it has been promoting holiness for over 40 years. They identify as a Pentecostal movement that believes in the Holy Trinity, the new birth, baptism by immersion, sanctification, and baptism in the Holy Spirit.

Chosen Remnant in Canada
The church of Chosen Remnant has finally arrived in Canada since summer 2025, first arrived in Toronto, to then expand and opened a church in Montreal and Toronto. Our vision is to preach and spread the gospel of the bible nationwide from all the provinces up to northern territories. To share the word of God and Jesus Christ of the bible and bring the revival of a country that was once leaded by the word of God.
